KC Watch Trading is an independent secondary market dealer specializing in pre-owned and new luxury timepieces. We operate exclusively outside of the authorized dealer network. Our services include:

Submission of an inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of availability, pricing, or transaction completion.
No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing
The secondary watch market is dynamic. Prices and availability change rapidly and without notice. Any pricing or availability information communicated through this site or via inquiry response is subject to change at any time prior to the completion of a formal written agreement between KC Watch Trading and the buyer or seller.
Authentication and Condition
KC Watch Trading makes reasonable efforts to verify the authenticity and condition of all timepieces we source and sell. However, we strongly recommend that buyers conduct their own due diligence, including independent authentication, prior to completing any transaction. We are not responsible for discrepancies in condition or authenticity that are not reasonably detectable through standard inspection.
All Sales
All sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the completion of a transaction. KC Watch Trading does not offer returns or refunds except in cases where a watch has been materially misrepresented in writing. Any disputes regarding a transaction must be raised within 48 hours of receipt of the timepiece.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KC Watch Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or any transaction facilitated through it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this site shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jackson County, Missouri. KC Watch Trading is a registered DBA of La Catrina Marketing LLC.
